Molten Chocolate Cake Recipe

I saw a picture of this on the cover of Woman’s Day magazine in a checkout line, and being a hungry shopper, I picked it up (sucker). I’m happy to say, the cake is amazing; easy, quick, common ingredients, and as delicious as it looks.

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp flour
1/3 C chocolate chips
1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
2 Tbsp sugar

Butter and flour a pair of 6 ounce baking dishes and set the oven to 450. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave, beat the eggs and sugar together until they’re totally mixed in. Add the chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, and flour, mix until it’s all incorporated. Pour half into each dish, bake for 8-10 minutes. Take them out when the edges are crusty and the centers are jiggly. Let them set for 15 seconds or so, then turn them upside down on a plate.

TA-DA!

Did I mention they’re delicious? Well, they’re delicious.
