Nutter Butter Cookie Ball Thingies

I got this recipe out of a magazine in a check out line, which tells you something of how easy it is: I memorized it there and have made it a couple times now. I’ve been whipping up a batch tonight and thought they’d be a good post. I’m gonna do half of the batch in milk chocolate and half in white, just to see how it is.

You need:
24 Nutter Butter cookies
1 8oz block of cream cheese
12 oz white chocolate
1/4 cup of peanut butter

Mash up the cookies and cream cheese together and roll into little balls. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the microwave. Dip the balls into the chocolate. Refrigerate for an hour and eat.

My camera is being a pain in the bottom right now, so I have ripped off the picture above from the Kraft website, where I see they have posted the recipe.

  1. These look fantastic and really bad for you. I was marveling at your photo quality and the perfection of the balls until you said you re-posted the picture. 😛

      Also, they usually come out looking as perfect as the ones in the picture.
